Yoga Enfant


The Yoga for kids adapts itself to the age (7+), the specific needs (physical, emotional, mental) and sensitivities of each little yogi.

The classes, diverse and fun, are organised around various themes (animals, elements, mythology…). They are a harmonious blend of ancestral techniques (postures, breathing techniques, meditation) and modern ones (sensory awakening, artistic activities, guided relaxation).
